Bought a Ford at this place. Would never go back. Car had engine problems a week later, took it to a mechanic and told me the engine might last another month. Called the manager of Universal and Anthony told me that he trusts his mechanics and that I shouldn't of taken it somewhere else because they'll rip me off. He then called my mechanic, and got into an argument and was extremely rude to him and myself over the phone.
Refuses to talk to me. Won't even look at the car now, and every time I call, he's apparently not there.
Upon returning to this dealership one day, another couple was standing outside claiming that they just purchased a car there, and the timing belt broke on it after a couple weeks. Another gentleman there said one of the salesman admitted to changing the mileage on some vehicles.
Avoid at all costs. Extremely rude, poor vehicles, and once they get your money, they stop talking to you all together. Florida has almost no laws to help buyers when it comes to used cars.
