I have never received worse customer service than at the service department at Capital Honda.
They were unbelievably rude, condescending and down right nasty. They took a simple service need, made it worse by what they did, then tried to sell us nearly $1,000 in work that was obviously unnecessary - all to fix the problem they created.
When I tried to discuss the miserable customer service with the manager, the manager insulted us and yelled at me; and, again, tried to convince me that I needed nearly $1,000 of work done.
If you want to be lied to, charged astronomical amounts of money and then insulted before and after getting horrible work done, go to Capital Honda's service department. If you want to avoid all of these things, go anywhere else.
