I ordered flowers from Greens Florist with confidence that using a local florist my order would be handled. What a disappointment!! The arrangement was not received. When I called to ask what their policy is in this situation, I encountered a very defensive woman who was not about to accept any responsibility in the situation or admit that Green's Florist could have made a mistake. She indicated ithe funeral home was in error. She said she did not know what I expected but assured me that I would not receive any type of refund! I would have been happy with an offer to call the family, let them know the arrangement had been ordered and paid for with some type of an apology. Called the funeral home as well who handled it very professionally, explained their procedure and said they previously had the same situation with Green's Florist. I would never order from them again. more
