I placed an order with National Eyewear Repair and shipped our glasses out to them. With no contact from them for over two weeks I decided to call them to see the status of my order. Neil claimed to have had bronchitis for 2 weeks and would get my order out promptly. I notified him that I would be leaving for vacation on July 11 and he assured me I would have them before then. On July 10th I contacted Neil again, my order was not ready and I asked that he just send my glasses back, at that point he agreed. On July 11th, Neil called and old me he had found my glasses and that he should just make the repairs since he already had them. He stated that he could send them to us on vacation and that they should arrive on July 14th, he also stated that he would follow up with a tracking number. On July 14th I called Neil to see if I could get the tracking number, I left a message on his voice mail and received no call back. I continued to call Neil every day that week, as well as, check with the local post office. I never received a response from Neil nor did the Post Office ever receive my glasses. Not only have I not received my glasses but National Eyewear Repair charged my credit card $35.00 for the repairs and shipping.
