Stylist ruined my hair I have been going to Tranquille Hair and Body for about six months now. I arrived to have a hair touched up because there was gray showing and I need it to be covered, so I told the stylist to do what she needed to do that. I made it very very clear to her that I loved the color of my hair which was dark brown with lo-lites (two colors)that she had put in the month before. My hair was beautiful then. I made it very clear I only wanted they strands of gray gone. I also always make it clear I dont want my hair orange or red. She charged me $110 dollars for this service. I explained to her afterwards my hair had orange and red in it and she needed to fix the problem, so she made me an appointment for two days later which I could not make and I explained to her why. I went back to salon nine days later and they made every excuse as to why this happened, also accusing me of doing something to my hair. I told them they needed to correct the issue with my hair. The stylist then did my hair with the colors the owner told her to use. I clearly told them again I wanted my hair back the color it was prior to last time. No red or orange. My hair is so bad now I can't go out in public. It is now orange and silver. They then charged me another $34 and had me spend another $40 on products. I contacted the salon left messages for someone to return my call and they don't. They have several issues in the salon because there was a lady that came back the same time I was there that they had to redo her hair. Half the lights are out in the salon so its possible that employees can't see what their doing. Not to mention I heard one of the stylists complain several months ago she was going to quit because she can't get products needed to run the salon properly. The owner saw my hair before I left and knew how bad it looked and didn't care. When customers complain to her she never accepts responsibility. Only makes excuses. They need to return all my money and fix my hair.
