Each day we waited for a week while Colonial promised our things would be picked up that day, movers showed up Christmas morning, didn't bring a truck large enough after me telling the sells rep I'm in a wheelchair & didn't know what all was in the attic. Half of my stuff is still in another state with Collonial promising they would pick it up for days after the other pickup. Driver was rude & demanded more money after colonial gave us s balance. I had to call the police. With this company they will tell you anything to get off the phone, they never return phone calls .. At this time we have paid out $5,000 plus dollars still waiting on other truck they gave us a max price quote price of $3,400-3,600... Looks like we will have $8,000 in this move. Sad! more
