I don't know why this clinic has bad reviews... They have always been great and very friendly. I have had my dogs as patients there and they even came to my house to put one of my dog's down and were very kind about it. I did not want to bring him in because I knew he would be nervous and I could not stand to see him like that in his final moments. They were even very sweet and understanding that my other dog gets really freaked out because he is timid and they are respectful to us about it. I have had some bad experiences elsewhere with this; they basically don't care and will muzzle him and hold him down. Great place!
