I am a cheerleading coach and at our last competition open rose was there. They apparently ran out of the blue and white cheer bears that was our team colors. The lady told me to give her my name and number and she would contact me when they came in, if I haven't heard from them in a few weeks to call. Well, no phone call, I called them. The lady wanted to argue and basically told me they never said this. At this point I'm furious and realize that I won't waste my time with her. Please believe that I will inform my team and others not to do business here. I have never - to bad I'm going to have disappointed girls!
