Took them two weeks to tell me (I had to call them) that my part was no longer available. I was without a chair while waiting. On the 4th of Dec a friend ordered the part on line and it arrived the 6th. The general manager in the office on Manchester was discourteous and would not help me get the information I needed for Medicare. She was abrasive and sarcastic. I will never go back.Every experience I have had with them is negative, except the repairman who is A+. more
