I have already sent my review. They responded by wanting me to call if I am a real customer. I waited on hold 11 minutes and never got to speak with anyone. My job # is 55116507. I did manage to speak to someone in billing today to see if my account had been resolved and they informed my they cant answer billing question because they don't handle billing. REALLY more
