I went in about my foot for a follow up visit after being referred by the ER doctor. I was required to fill out 8 pages of paperwork. It took them 54 minutes to call me back to the examination room. I was told to remove both shoes and socks and wait for the doctor. After waiting 36 minutes without seeing the doctor or even having someone come in to apologize for or explain the wait I gathered all my things, took my chart from outside the room and went back to the front to get any other paperwork they had on me. At least they were nice about validating my parking, and said they would have someone see me immediately. I refused and told them I would take my business elsewhere. I started the visit with a poor initial impression because they had a sign right at the counter stating "Poor planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine". There was another lady who left before I did that was planning to go back to the emergency room because she wasn't getting the treatment she expected. Long story short, I left with a far worse impression of them than I had initially. I do not recommend them. Instead, I scheduled an appointment with Potomac Valley Orthopedic in Olney, where my mother has been very happy.
