We recently went to pick up our car after waiting 10 days for a part to come in. We had a coupon that Roseville Toyota had emailed us for 10% off all parts and labor. The bill was high, $1992.65 for a new touch screen, but was the same amount quoted at the outset. Our service rep refused to accept the coupon, stating that he had already given us a discount. We looked at the bill, which had inflated charges which were crossed out and the new amount, $1992.65. My warning here is, if your bill is high, you might expect them not to honor their own coupons. I called the manager to give him a chance to explain things, but he did not return my call.
