I am currently working at a low-income school in Fort Worth ISD and I called the dance school to speak with them about an after-school ballet program that I am trying to start at my school. I spoke with Webster Dean who was extremely rude, refused to help out our school, and then hung up on me. I am a ballet dancer and I have experienced much more professional customer service at other studios across the metroplex. Very disappointed.
