In the future I will definitely use Dr. Fix-It for all of my plumbing, heating and electrical needs! The dispatchers were friendly and helpful and scheduled me in a timely matter. John M., supervisor, was hands on and went above the call of duty to make sure that my plumbing problem was taken care of and answered all of my questions to my fullest satisfaction! And I'm not an easy customer to please! John M. and Detlif, technician, were professional, competent and courteous! As painful as plumbing experiences can be! Lol! I would do it all over again with John M. and Detliff from Dr. Fix-It!! You guys rock!!!
