I was a patient of Dr. Neal Krasnick but no more. He does not care for his patients. He keeps them waiting over an hour in the reception area and then another 40-45 minutes when you actually get in the room. His staff are extremely rude except for maybe one or two. When Dr. Krasnick actually comes in the room, then you are rushed through your appointment even though he has kept you waiting almost two hours! He doesn't explain anything to you, never looks at you and if you have questions, he acts like it's an inconveniece. He even looks at his watch like you are taking time from his schedule YET you are the patient and he's the one who has kept you waiting to begin with. Don't go to this physician or this office. Look elsewhere for a good eye physician. I will never go to this physician again.
