I bought a full size set back in May of 2012. I had went on my lunch break and picked out a set and before the day ended phoned in my decision and they delivered a few days later. a couple months went by and the bed was making a creaking sound when you sat on the edge. As time passed it was getting worse and worse. By the end of the year it was unbearable! just sitting up in bed made a HUGE noise! I went into Bed for Less hoping they would replace the foundation and the mgr said ok go home and check to see if it the foundation or mattress. I told her it was and she said well go home and check anyway. ok... well we did and since I wasnt in a really big hurry I did and called her the next couple of days and told her yes it was the foundation. We were told it would be 40$ something for her to replace it? I just didn't agree with that because thats almost the price of it anyway. another week or more went by and I had to go back up to the store to see when it would get delivered and I was told it would be $22 now to be replaced.. I was getting a bit upset but now I just wanted it over and done. It was suppose to be delivered Sat between 2-4 and was told they would call and let us know when they would be coming. Around 3 they had not shown up yet and my husband jumped into his car to go down to their store to pay the $22 because he thought he had to pay before they would come and on the way he was involved in a car accident and was taken to the hospital.sigh.. well they finally made it to our house after 5ish after calling asking were we were.(the hospital) and i pulled the bed apart they brought the wrong foundation!! omggg I was soo upset I asked them to just leave!! after a week went by without a call from Beds for Less I went by today and spoke to the girl there and I am just in aw with the customer service nothing nada.. I have decided to just go to Big Lots to buy somthing and not deal with these idiots do yourself a favor and don't bother.
