These people were sent to my home by American Home Shield. They made me wait 2 days for service then did not make the repairs when they finally arrived. They were supposed to notify American homeshield of the needed repairs to get authorizatiom. 2 more days passed and they had not responded to American Homeshield or my phone calls for the paperwork. There was no response all day Friday so now I had to go the weekend without A/C just because they would not return calls or provide documents. It will have been a week without air conditioning on Monday and since they do not do same day repairs or order parts without authorization American Homeshield says I could be without A/C for 2 weeks.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
