The store is not very clean and racks/display items are not organized. The selection is good though. However, the staff: from the cashier to the women putting merchandise on the racks, to the woman manning the dressing room, they are all not friendly at all. When you deal with them, you get the feeling that you are disturbing them from what they are doing by the body language they have. They don't smile, they don't even look at you at times. They are not pleasant to deal with. I am an HR professional for 20 years so I know if a store/organization has good custormer service or not. All staff in this store need to undergo extensive customer service training to improve the quality of service they provide. more
