If I could give them zero stars I would. Terrible customer service, no branches to visit, they make mistakes and you pay for them, unwilling to claim ownership, I could go on and on. I have a credit card I have had with them since 2006 (6 years) and they have not reported to credit bureaus for the past year on it (balances, payments, etc). I have requested TWICE that they update it and report to the agencies and each time they answered yes. 5 months later nothing has been done. Today they took out a scheduled transfer TWICE and caused me to overdraft in another account, they will not repay me for the overdraft fee. They apologized and said nothing further could be done. Too many mistakes with this credit union that I have to pay for. Unacceptable! Pass on this place and find yourself a better one!!!
