Received a phone call saying that it was Rotorooter (Winchester/ Stephen's City office) and that they had tried to send us multiple bills and that they had all been returned to sender. We have NEVER used this company before. A few months ago we had a stopped up sink. Called Rotorooter and they said that it would be time and 1/2 since it was a Sunday. We asked the woman what times they were available to come out and she said that they would have to call us when she got back from church and let us know. Meanwhile, we called another company and had them come and snake our draine. Rotorooter never returned our call. Today, 3 months later my husband receives a hateful phone call from a woman at Rotorooter (the Stephens City one) stating that we had not paid our bill. She was rude to my husband on the phone. He told her that he had contacted them after seeing their website online and that they had never called us back. She said "We don't have a website, MAN." He then hung up the phone, got online and called the 1800 number ON THE WEBSITE.. And the call went back directly to her. If you have a plumbing problem DO NOT use this company. We didn't even use them and we are having problems with them. Powell's plumbing in Winchester is professional and reasonable.
