This place used to be great know its like they are money hungry, I've been a member for a long time and it has change for the better and for the worst. Some employee think his can do what he pleases and does not explain things well whem asked a question. And also I never see him on the floor helpin nor cleaning, or checking for people who just go sit on benches or machines and talk.
