I called last week Tuesday, they came out Wednesday saying it needed to be replaced. They had a slot open Friday to come replace it. I gave them a contact number to reach me twice. They called a different number. I missed my slot for Friday. Next available slot: Tuesday, between 8 and noon. I called them a little after noon, after waiting all morning. They stated they had me down between 10 and 3. I would have NOT taken the whole day off work if it had been scheduled between 10 and 3. They didn't call to verify or anything. Needless to say, I won't be doing any more business with them. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE TO BE WAITING ON A WATER HEATER FOR 8 DAYS!!!
