I tool my 2002 bmw x5 here to get looked at for ck engine light on. They told me it was free..when I called to pick it up because didnt want to do the repairs with them they told me there will be a charge. I told them I was told it was free of charge to pull the codes. The owner and receptionist then began to pretty much tell me no I will have to pay now that tgey are not fixing it now. I told them.I wont be paying because once again I was tol it was free. When I picked my car up all the parts under the hood were unscrewd and loose and my car was driving worst then when I dropped it off...very sad to say I am a woman.. a single mom and I feel like they are extremely untrust worthy..not to mention it is unsafe to ride around with parts loose under my hood...BEWARE...
