I bought the 2 year extended warranty from Best Buy when I bought the tv. Carls came out and really didn't know what the problem was, so he threw a hail mary and replaced a couple of circuit boards. After 5 hours of watching tv...the screen went black. Absolutely nothing. I can't even use the remote to bring up a menu. I called Carls (less than 24 hours later) and he told me it's not his problem anymore ...he closed out the work order. I hope Best Buy can find another technical representative that might have a better idea of how to fix things. Not to mention how to promote a little better customer service.
