I brought my vehicle in to have the battery tested after talking to Chad from the service dept. When I arrived, I asked for Chad, but was assisted by a Chris Ford (service advisor). I explained the problem I was having with my vehicle to him. He told me he could test the battery or I could get an electric system check for $108. I opted to have the battery check done. He then left and I didn't see him for another 15-20 minutes. I tried to get the attention of another tech that was nearby to see if someone could test the battery, but he acted as though be didn't hear me call out to him and just continued to eat a bowl of food that was being passed out to the employees. Must have been employee appreciation day,because it sure didn't feel like the customers were appreciated. When Chris Ford finally returned to my vehicle, he said he thought someone by the name of Carter was coming to assist me. So he had to go back and get the battery tester. Chris needs more training in customer. service as does the other employees. I will not return to this location more
