They are happy to sell you a bike, no matter how expensive, but if you develop a problem, you might as well never go back.
Their service is poor and they seem to be hiding serious problems to prevent responsibility for fixing them. Don't complain or they will call their lawyer- whatever that means.

The managers are clearly involved in this effort. I have a list of problems or failures from another shop that Richardson missed. All issues clearly evident from using the vehicle. They just want to up-sell me.
Don't buy into the hype of a good review here. I am sure they spend a few hours a day combing these sites for damage control.
