I recently bought a Ford Focus Titanium 2012 used (about 3200 miles) from these folks. When we went to the lot we were looking for something specific. Upon viewing the car, I noticed it had leather seats and we asked if they were heated? Their reply was yes, it's a titanium, top of the line. Test drove the car and when home to think about it.............. Decided to do the deal. They have what they call a "SYNC" computerized system on the car for navigation, climate control, end, etc., There is definitely a learning curve to operating it and I was going to sign up for classes that they offer every week. On the first cold morning after bringing home my car I wanted to turn on the seat warmers.... Couldn't find them? Called the salesman and he said maybe it's in the sync system under climate? I said I looked, but saw nothing. He said it is the titanium right? I said yes. He said that doesn't make any sense....... I will call you back. Last question of his " You did have rubber floor mats? Me .... No, why? UH OH..... his response. No call back, no nothing. My husband called again.... Turns out it "DIDN"T " have heated seats like they said, Like I asked for and now were not willing to do anything about it. Seems they should know their inventory right? Now I believe they were just outright lying....... Once they get your money, forget about any kind of customer service or satisfaction. Don't buy a car there , you'll be sorry you did. I should have read the reviews about this place. We just happened to be in the area. Seems like many people have had the same experience...... Less than honest and downright deceptive. more
