This place is absolutely terrible. I use to take my son here to get his haircut, it was local and inexpensive and being that his hair grows remarkably fast this was a great option for us. We must have been to this particular salon 5 or 6 times minimum. On our last visit (Sunday, January 15, 2012) we waited over an hour to be called in, people who came after us were called ahead of us, and to expect a 19 month old to patiently for that long is absurd, I was ready to give up and leave when our name was finally called. Tracy (who really ought to be fired) tells me she can not cut his hair if he wont sit by himself. I explained he can sit by himself, as he has for sometime. I went on to say that I would hold his waste however in case he should squirm. Now any parent of a small child can tell you, children that young don't sit without any squirminess at all until they are at least 3, are you telling me my kid can't get a haircut before age 3, really?!?! I explained I don't see what the problem is, he has had his hair cut plenty of times (if I had to guess maybe 12 times). Tracy was rude and proceeded to tell me that she can not cut his hair. I pleaded with her to just buzz it if she was concerned about saftey, she refused. Need I also mention we arrived at 3:45, it was nearly 5:00 before we were called in. It was closing time, and she simply refused her client, after a ridiculously long wait. I had to get a twice as expensive haircut for my son for no good reason. I was never so angry in my life and hope others speak out about their negative experiences here. You can count on it, that I will NEVER return and will DISCOURAGE everyone I can reach to do the same. Avoid like the plague, at any cost - especially this awful girl, Tracy!!!!!!!!!!!
