The only person who was ever on time was the salesman. He gave us our price and an install date, he even confirmed it on his laptop that they had the material in stock and it wouldn't be a problem. The install date comes around and we find out they suddenly don't have the carpet in stock and it needs to be ordered which will take another week and a half. We tried to back out of the contract because they weren't fulfilling their part of the bargain and the whole point of going with them was they said they could give us what we wanted on that particular date, but unfortunately they had our down payment and were not going to give it back. They also said we would have to pay a restocking fee, to which I argued they never even had the product in stock in the first place! I went down to their store front in Glendale, which is on the corner of ghetto and slum, and got the run around there by all the employees who are obviously in on the scam. As soon as you mention you want to cancel an order they all suddenly don't know what's going on or who's in charge. Eventually we got our carpet installed, and of course now there is a huge wrinkle in the hallway which I'm currently trying to get them to come and fix. Our date for a fix has come and gone with no contact from them. When we call we get sent to voicemails which never get returned. Overall this is a horrible company with no respect for their customers. Stay away! more
