I WANT TO EXPRESS HOW DISSAPOINTED I AM ABOUT DILLARD'S CUSTOMES SERVICE, I BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 7 YEARS AND TODAY I WENT TO RETURN A MISS ME BRAND JEAN I PAID 109.00 DOLLARS ABOUT 9 MONTHS AGO BECAUSE IT IS A DEFECTIVE ONE, I ONY USE IT LIKE 4 TIMES AND THE MATERIAL TORE UP ON THE BEHIND AND IT WAS VERY OVIOUS IT WAS A DEFECT ON MANUFACTURING THIS JEAN,THEY SAID NO, THAT THEY WON'T HELP ME BECAUSE I HAS BEEN MORE THAN 30 DAYS. I BEEN BUYING THESE JEANS FOR 7 YEARS AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM UNTIL NOW. I CAN'T BELIEVE SPENT SO MUCH MONEY FOR A PAIR OF JEANS I ONLY USED 4 TIMES, IM SO DISAPOINTED. I DON'T THINK AFTER THIS I WILL BE GOING BACK TO DILLARD'S.I DON'T FEEL THEY CARE ABOUT SOME CUSTOMERS. more
