The service department must have changed --I never saw a Klaus. Furthermore, Mike and Brian are fantastic. I'm a physician, so I'm in the business of diagnostics, and these guys do it incredibly well. I took my car to a small shop where the mechanic reset a check engine code, erased the data, and altered something so that the car no longer started. So, I towed it to Wackerli despite the negative reviews and was amazed by their service. Working without a code, Mike and Brian quickly ran through several possible problems and ended up finding a tiny crack in my fuel pump cap (a complete needle in the haystack). Throughout my interaction with them, they were incredibly professional, courteous and friendly. They recognized that I was in a difficult situation (travelling cross country) and bent over backwards to get me what I needed as fast as possible and for very reasonable prices. I can't thank them enough. more
