Good: After having our only 2 vehicles breakdown on us in 2 consecutive days. I have to commend both the service and sales departments at Walser Mazda. Mike McGee and Taylor Phillips were who we worked with and they were both extremely knowledgeable and sensitive to what my husband and I had been through in the last 2 days! We were intereste in looking at SUV's so while the car was being looked at to determine what was wrong with it we test drove a CX7 with Taylor. After the test drive we found out that the car's. Bad: engine that was in the service department was shot. I loved the CX7 so we decided to buy it. Our experience with Taylor was so stress free that we decided to look at the used vehicles with her as well, my husband found a vehicle that he was interested in so we decided to buy the Tundra too. We knew it would be a few hours to process the transactions but she made it fun, relaxing and in a nutshell painless. She was very thorough and made sure that everything was set up and running before we left the lot.. Improvements: The service department was also very thorough and will be replacing the engine in the vehicle we brought in. The experience that we had at Walser Mazda was unbelievable and I would recommend anyone to go there, not only for the superb sales experience but also the excellent service we received from the service department. I would also like to make note of Sal in the Finance department, he explained all of the paperwork and the process was very simple.. Other: I have been a Honda owner for many years and have loved every one I have owned but the CX7 is a fun vehicle and I owe it all to the employee's at Walzer Mazda for their knowledge and service they provided to my husband and I.. more
