I was hesitent to take my vehicle to the dealership after reading the poor reviews, though I had minimal options considering the car is under warranty. I am VERY impressed! Not only did they return phone calls (rare for mechanics now-a-days), but they bent over backwards for me. I HIGHLY recommend Robert. He had a great sense of humor and genuinely wanted to help.
