They were very nice people in first year. They suggested pulling all the healthy baby teeth from my 7 yr old daughter to make some room for the new (on the spot). My wife kindly said she needed to first discuss with my husband (me) as a parental decision (they did not even look bad at all), and then a week later they sent a letter telling us to go somewhere else and find another doctor?
VERY RUDE!!! Prior; we have been loyal customers as a family. I guess it is another example of a egotistical Doctor that wants to make his own decisions and as much quick money as he can without compassion or courtesy to the patients values. They must have been counting on the extra money that month? Secondly, a few weeks prior, my wife had a perfectly fine previous filling (5 yrs old) removed and replaced by this office, now she has problems with food build up and pain on occasion from an improper replacement and needs to get fixed again.
Customers Beware and do your own homework first before doing what a Doctor says just because he has a degree (its always about the money only)!
