I went to buy my son a harddrive for his 360 and got the wrong one, his is the newer one and I bought older xbox hard drive. I have my receipt,yes it does say exchange only but if I cant use this why wont they refund me what I paid for so that I nah go elsewhere to purchase what he needs? I do not want anything else. I paid $40 for it and to make matters worse, the guy "red" wanted to offer me $5 for it to del back to them. That to me is an insult. Why would they risk losing a longterm customer over $40 is beyond me. I will be contacting the manager and owner tomorrow morning.
