Good: Knowing that I do not have to talk to Lem Lynch ever again!. Bad: Lem's lack of professionalism when someone is not satisfied with his work..... he hung up the telephone on me!!!! I was so flabbergasted! I could understand if I had been using abusive language or loud, but I was not. I was attempting to provide constructive critisim regarding quality of service he was providing - and he simply hung up the phone. I received no apoligies - just a charge on my credit card!!!!!. Improvements: Lem needs to provide the customer the opportuity to view a "proof" of any restoration work PRIOR to printing (AND CHARGING) the customer. I was not satisfied with the original copies and asked for additional touch up on the original and another set. He did not apologize for my displeasure and charged me FULL PRICE for the 2nd reprint! WHAT A RIP OFF. The final cost for restoration and 5 (satisfactory) - 5x7s cost me over $300!!! NOT WORTH IT!!. Other: When asked for a date of completion, he is not able to give you a straight answer. A bunch of double talk. Make sure you get any promises he makes in writing!.
