I contacted this company to repair a broken spring. They replaced the spring ($187) but left with a roller (wheel the door rolls on) on the ground. When I contacted them to fix the door, they said I would have to pay an additional $100. When I insisted they fix the door because they didn't repair it correctly the first time, the supervisor made some smart remark that because I was unemployed I probably couldn't pay (like it's my fault). What a guy.
