I'm soon canceling the service because of the frustration i had to go through......i had been using their service for last 3 years....first year is great....fast speed no complain whatsoever but as i moved on to second year...i noticed speed is going down and money is going up and forget about the costumer service...none of them know what they are talking about....i have spent hours to complain this year through phone and chat.......it takes hours to open a youtube video and instead of helping they throw some technical paragraph at you which they copy paste all the time...when i asked them to explain they don't know a single word.....right now i pay $45 dollar and supposed to be getting 4G network ...thats all scam .......take that money and spend somewhere else
