Good: 15 years ago this was a great place for medical care. That is not true anymore.. Bad: Rude staff on the phone and in person. Inept billing department--if I didn't know better I would think they are *offshore* and don;t speak English as a primary language. Not only are they rude they don't even try to be helpful. My doctors have all left as the service and clinic have declined.. Improvements: Focus on patient and customer service on all levels.. Other: It is very disheartening to lose what I felt was great care..
