I have been going to David McDavid Acura since I bought my car from them in 2009. I have never had any issues with the dealership. When I take my care in for service I am always greeted by someone with a smile. They show me to the waiting area, provide water, tea, or coffee, and they have little snacks to eat while you wait. I rather enjoy my little stay there. If the main waiting area is too loud they have a second lounge that is much quieter. Great for reading. Also, they notify me of additional repairs that my car sometimes needs. They don't push it on me, I have a choice to get it fixed there, later, or somewhere else. Give them a shot, I'm glad I did. more
