After going to Richardson Motor Sports for the last 10 years I have decided to never go there again. The parts department has been great over the years and Bobby is someone you can trust, but for the rest of them I would avoid at all cost!!! The service department did a terrible job on my Seadoo, broke extra parts in the process and NEVER DID FIX THE PROBLEM (..after several visits and each time them telling me it was repaired)(I ended up having to take the ski to more qualified people to get it fixed). While they had the ski, it set outside in the weather for three solid weeks and was a filthy mess when I got it back, including grease in multiple places from where they were careless and never bothered to clean it up. I also got a lot of pressure when i called to get an update from one of the techs who kept trying to upsell me after the fact and after we had agreed upon the service to be done. To top it off, when I got the ski back it had two puncture tears in the seat from where they had either been careless or deliberate. When I approached the manager Jerry about the seat, he said he would check into repair options and then never called me back. All this after I had spent hundreds of dollars for them to fix one problem. Beware! (FYI, the good techs who used to be there, Gary and Russ, who did good work are no longer there) more
