Poor customer service. I would never deal with RSM anymore. They are unprofessional, and don't really care about the customer. Treated poorly by the service department, and then treated worse by the Service MGR. Covering up for the rudeness of their employee. Just an FYI..if you have a recall notice, take it to another dealer who will treat you kindly like when you first purchased the vehicle. more
