Good: Our family loves the Physician Dr. Rane. When we would call we made an appointment and it was on time and detailed care. Dr. Rane explains everything out really well and cares about her patients. Our kids really like her and were glad to go. Dr. Johnson, 10 years ago, was good to see also. However, we haven't seen her in the last few years and service gets worse. Not the same practice as before. ALL about money now. Shuffle kids in, shuffle kids out.. Bad: After all the different Dr.s they went through before finding Dr. Rane, our family stuck with them. We drove a long way to go to this practice for 10 years for several children. The customer service has seriously deteriorated among office staff and very disppointed that we were ushered out after voicing several significant complaints with the office manager. Dawn is fine with us leaving since all of a sudden, "They aren't the right practice for our family as I have issues with them" as was told. Improvements: I would like to stay with Dr. Rane and have the same feel to this practice that made us stay there for so long in the first place. Genuine concern for the patient would be nice. Not be nickeled and dimed to death and common courtesy could reappear. We know that if Dr. Mary Marvin Johnson saw the real happenings of the office she would be mortified. Or so we think; However, she's just the owner now and looks like no one cares. Our kids are in their teens when they need more care and the focus is infants.. Other: After 10 years, this is a true heart break for our kids and the parents. We invested a lot to be patients there and after being charged 2 nonsense no show fees that the secretary did not cancel, which we had one removed and still had to pay the other, and then a 3 hour wait to see our Dr. after the staff put us with a different Dr., then they ran out of the shot we just paid for and the nurse told us the last shot was given out just before us we would have to come back! Really careless and rude service!.
