After placing an order for an item and paying for standard 7 day delivery, I received a confirmation email stating exactly that:7 day delivery. Once 7 days passed I called and was advised that the order will actually take 2-4 weeks. After 2-4 weeks I called again and was advised that the item can take 4-6 weeks to ship!! I was outraged, and to make matters worse, the customer service rep showed absolutely no sympathy or concern for the issue. None. Lesson learned. Never again will I shop at this poor excuse for a business. more
