Good: Attention to details. Complete explanations with pics, if appropriate. Research your animals problem, if necessary. Medical and everyday explainations. Won't go to extreme measures/treatments until all other avenues are pursued. Undertands your objectives, but gives you the best-to-his-knowledge facts. Relates to you as a professional and friend. Takes whatever times is required to help with your problem. Genuine caring for your animals.. Bad: Sometimes the wait is a little long, probably because of Dr Dana's complete look and listen to your issue, but it is worth it and allows you to practice some 'manner' training with your canine.. Improvements: Don't give Dr Dana a day off !. Other: Started with Dr Rob Dana when we arrived here in 1990 from Guam with our very large Pit Bull. Dr Dana had just finished Vet School & worked at a clinic on the East side of town. My husband & I were so very impressed with Dr Dana's attitude, knowledge & caring for our dog(s) that when he moved to Taylor Ranch, we drive over to the West side to have him to still care for our two dogs & a bird. He doesn't mind consulting his peers if he needs to research your issue. Straight talker! I hate it when he is off.
