Good: its open. Bad: Washer did not drain after i spent over 22.00 dollars on wash and dry still no response from owner to get my last load out of the washer 1-17-11. Improvements: a WAY TO CONTACT SOMEONE FOR HELP THERE. Other: Sad because it is a decent place to get a load or more of laundry done Not much respect for the customer though.
