BEWARE OF URBAN DENTAL!!! I DO NOT recommend going to this dentist. I had a bridge break and went to this dentist to have it fixed. They convinced me I needed a new one and told me it would cost me $1800 out of pocket and my insurance would cover the rest. Six months later, I received a bill for $1300 more! I called the dentist and left several message to discuss this bill. I never heard back from them so I assumed they sorted it out with the insurance company. A year later, I receive a letter from a collection agency for $1300! Absolutely horrendous customer service, I believe the dentist office refuses to speak to me about this because they know they messed up and misquoted what my insurance would cover. My bill was raised 72% after the work was done! I would have NEVER agreed to a new bridge if I knew it would cost $3100! STAY AWAY from Urban Dental!
