I contacted Patrice, the owner of Just Desserts, to arrange for a cake for my wedding as soon as I got engaged. She confirmed the date was available and said she would be in touch to schedule a tasting. Everyone time I called to schedule a tasting she said I had plenty of time and she would be in touch. I called once again, and the owner, Patrice, told me that she already scheduled someone else for the date of my wedding and my name had not made it in to her book. She was extremely unapologetic and careless about it. Now I am scrambling at the last minute to arrange for a cake for my wedding.
