Good: No comments. Bad: For a single prescription pick-up, I called half a dozen times, went to the pharmacy thrice before I can pick my medicine.
They are so lethargic, unresponsive and unprofessional that I will NOT recommend this to anyone.
In fact, please ask your doctor if they would order your prescription at this pharmacy. If they do, you either CANCEL it or be prepared to devote half of your day to follow-up with them before it is ready for pick-up. Extremely FRUSTRATING and time-wasting experience for me.. Improvements: More professionalism, more courtesy and more responsiveness.. Other: I just returned from this pharmacy again without my prescription being with me. I had called at 10:30 AM and told I would come in the evening to pick it up. I reach there almost 10 hours after my call, but that unlucky piece of paper was still lying unattended. It is so frustrating to return empty-handed everytime I have to go there.
I called Friday, went Saturday; called Monday morning and went in the evening. That medicine is still elusive. It is for my 1-year old boy, and we are out of it..
