Good: The call taker was efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. She honestly told me that different filler flowers would have to be used. I had told her the arrangement I wanted based on an internet picture.. Bad: When we arrived at the funeral home, we were embarrased. The flowers looked wilted, and nothing like the picture.. Improvements: No improvements are recommended, as we will not be using Joy's again.. Other: We spent seventy eight dollars for flowers, tax, and surprisingly a delivery fee to a local funeral home..
